Hard Anodize Tiles

Billet Bones will be putting out the strongest, hardest tiles to ever hit this planet!
The tiles I have now are dipped in a Type II anodize.
My new line will be an unbeatable, bullet proof type III hard anodize! Extra wear protection because the coating is thicker.
Engraving is not an option on these unless it is done before the hard anodize is applied. The engraving will be subdued, but it still looks luxurious!

The box is finished and completed! This box was made for Gear Patrol.com and will be featured on their website. The idea behind putting socket head cap screws came from my H2 Hummer. They use them to hold the dash in. It gives it the rugged, industrial feel. Why not? It's a metal box with metal dominoes! It looks super sexy and modern. Besides, all boxes have hinges. There was a need to change it up.
This will give my customers the chance to mix and match colors if need be, or do it all one color.

To remove the mill marks the box was sanded and tumbled so a uniform finish is achieved. Now it is ready to get anodized!

It is pretty close to completion! This style will have 4 cap screws on each corner. There will be other styles and options in the future.

Lid is almost finished. It just needs the radius around the edges. It's almost finished!

Bottom side is milled off and radius on the bottom of the box is added.

All that is left is to buzz off the bottom of box and add a sick radius on the edges to make it sleek and sexy!

Over the years I've noticed people trying to copy my dominoes. Some I know and some I don't. So we'll see if they start copying this idea! The first domino set to ever be housed in an all aluminum box!

Welcome to my dominoes blog! I just started it today so I'll be adding more and more as the days go by. My official website is http://www.billetbones.com/

The idea behind making these one of a kind custom sets was easy. Some people need high quality game pieces that look good and don't break. Others can do fine with playing with plastic, wood, etc. Not me! I wanted something that would last and look great at the same time!
